We can help you plan your future and make your philanthropic goals a reality by forming a fund or donating to an established fund within the Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine. Just contact us by phone, email, or drop by our office at 208 West Second Street, Suite 213, at the Pearl Plaza building in Muscatine. Tell us what you want to accomplish and we’ll take it from there.
There are no legal fees to prepare a fund agreement. There is a one-time only $150 origination fee to create your unique account and a low, annual fund management fee. You may wish your lawyer or legal advisor to review the agreement or consult a tax advisor about the issue. The Foundation does not pay for those consultations. It does, however, pay for the preparation of the agreement and all of the legal and accounting services connected with the fund.
