- Cares & Shares Endowment
A way to ensure the community AND the Community Foundation flourish. Each gift benefits Muscatine County residents and nearly 100 area nonprofit organizations each year. .
- Dianne R. Dalbey Memorial Scholarship Endowment
The purpose of this fund is to make scholarships available to high school seniors who wish to pursue careers as an emergency medical technician as a Nationally Registered Paramedic or its State of Iowa equivalent, Paramedic Specialist, or a career in nursing.
- Domestic Violence Shelter Endowment Fund
Provides financial support for the maintenance and enhancement of the Domestic Violence Shelter home.
- Endow Iowa Fund
Provides micro-grants supporting volunteer work through the earnings of a grant from the State of Iowa.
- Family Resources, Inc. Endowment Fund
The purpose of the Fund is to maintain and enhance the programs, services and administrative facility in Muscatine County for the benefit of Muscatine County residents.
- Flickinger Learning Center Scholarship Acorn Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to Muscatine High School graduating students who attended programming at the center and will pursue post secondary education within Iowa.
- Francis and Patricia Carroll Scholarship Fund
A fund to provide scholarships for Louisa-Muscatine students.
- George Millett Endowment Fund
A gift from the Estate of George Millett used for the benefit of mentally ill and developmentally disabled residents of Muscatine County.
- Great River Tennis Association Endowment Fund
This fund started with a donation made in memory of Ron Tietge for the purpose of promoting and advancing tennis in Muscatine County.
- MCSA Organization Endowment Fund
This fund supports the efforts of the Muscatine Center for Social Action.

- Muscatine County Endowment Fund
These funds originate from Iowa taxes on gambling. They are to improve the quality of life throughout the County in the areas of arts, culture, and humanities; education; environment and animals; health; human services; and public benefit. A portion of the annual amount received from the State of Iowa is used as a charitable fund for granting purposes and the remainder is held in an endowment and produces grants from the earnings.
- Muscatine Cultural Alliance Endowment Funds
Artists, musicians, writers, historians, performers and their supporters in Muscatine County have formed a charitable fund and an endowment to collect, invest, and award grants to support the arts and cultural organizations of Muscatine County. The Cultural Alliance is composed of 13 subfunds representing 13 additional cultural organizations.
- Old Barn Maintenance Acorn Endowment
An "acorn fund" to support the maintenance of the Old Barn and Cottage located at the site of the former Muscatine County Residence Home.
- Prosper Endowment Fund
This fund supports the training and education to improve parenting skills in Muscatine County.
- Ray Hockersmith Endowment Fund
This fund allows blind, nearly blind or disabled children under the age of 15 to experience special recreational activities.
- Stanley, Lande & Hunter Community Fund
Employees of this local law firm can donate toward community projects through this fund.
- Sue Dravis Endowment Fund
When funded through the proceeds of a life insurance policy, this fund will support missionary work of Muscatine's First Presbyterian Church.
- W. Liberty Park Endowment Fund
The proceeds from the sale of lots in West Liberty Park are deposited into this fund to promote West Liberty as a viable location for industry and commerce.
- West Liberty Dream Catchers Fund
The dream of Dr. Carol Moreno is that all young high school, middle school and grammar school students with academic and technical potential can be directed to appropriate educational opportunities. This fund will provide scholarships for needy students in the West Liberty, Iowa, area.
- Zoo Garden at Weed Park Endowment
The purpose of the fund is to provide financial support for the maintenance and enhancement of the Zoo Garden at Weed Park.
Temporarily Restricted Funds
- Agricultural Learning Center Fund
The advisory group of the Future Farmers of America (Friends of FFA) local chapter has undertaken the financing and construction of an agricultural sciences learning center that will serve the high school, community college and equestrian organizations of Muscatine County.
- Askren Family Charitable Fund
This fund was started to accept donations in memory of Walden Askren. The family can continue to contribute to the Fund for any and all of their charitable activities. Donor advised are charitable giving accounts that are designed as an accessible simple, and less expensive alternative to private foundations.
- Atalissa Betterment Committee Charitable Fund
The group's mission is to improve the community to the best of their abilities by assisting area families and individuals in need and supporting the volunteer fire fighters, senior citizens, West Liberty/Atalissa Food Pantry and others as determined.
- ArtSpace Charitable Fund
Local patrons of the visual arts generously support the operating expenses of ArtSpace through contributions to this fund. ArtSpace provides a gallery in Muscatine’s Pearl Plaza for the area’s most noteworthy artists. It also fosters appreciation of the visual arts through workshops, classes and seminars. Young and emerging artists also show their works in ArtSpace.
- Bloomington Grange Charitable Fund
Members of Bloomington Grange formed this fund to promote learning and give assistance to individuals in crisis.
- Civil War Memorial Charitable Fund
This fund is for the pupose of planning, replacing, installing and maintaining the Civil War Memorial located in Muscatine.
- Community Improvement Action Team (CIAT) Fund
A public charity that makes grants for community improvements for public enjoyment. Contains subfunds for the Alexander Clark sculpture and Muscatine Boat Show.
- Cultural Celebrations Committee Fund
Money in this fund will be spent for the planning of cultural celebrations in Muscatine County.
- Dale & Bev Hafner Fund
A stock gift from Dale Hafner to be used for the benefit of United Methodist Church of Letts, Iowa.
- Diamond Town Mobilizing Muscatine Excellence
The purpose of the fund is to establish and maintain a Muscatine initiative where groundwork for the operations and implementation is created and maintained.

This fund was set up to purchase shoes for needy children attending Jefferson Elementary School.

A group formed for historic preservation through design, promotions, and business improvements in the downtown area of Muscatine.

Funds will be used toward the observation of Earth Day.

Provide one of the bridges between traditional classroom and virtual experiences to assist educators in enhancing their courses for students.

This fund was established to support the Muscatine County Fairgrounds and the restoration, enhancemnt or replacement of the buidlings equipment and property. It is intended to grow into an endowment with gifts being accepted in perpetuity.

A fund formed to accept donations for the purchase of defibrillators for schools in Muscatine County.
- Robert and JoAnn Jensen Charitable Fund
The Jensens formed this fund for the advancement of charitable causes in Muscatine County.
- Rotary Club of Muscatine Organizational Charitable Fund
This fund was formed for the purpose of developing, operating, and advancing the Rotary Club's humanitarian service, high ethical stands in all vocations and building goodwill and peace in the world.

- Weed Park Zoo Garden
A local Master Gardener has a plan to form a garden around the log cabin and former animal area in Weed Park.
- West Liberty Area Arts Council Charitable Fund
Donations to this fund will be used to develop, enhance and promote an art appreciation and awareness for the benefit of West Liberty and surrounding areas.
- West Liberty Chamber of Commerce Charitable Fund
This fund is for the purpose of improving the business climate and quallity of life in West Liberty and the surrounding community.

This fund consists of lots in West Liberty Park which will be developed and sold to promote economic development in West Liberty.
- Women With Drive Foundation
This fund exists to provide both literal and figurative vehicle for women to reach financial and psychological independence through a two year program of learning life-long self-reliance skills.
- Youth and Family Fund
An anonymous donor provided the funds to award micro-grants of $50 - $200 to organizations and individuals needing small amounts of cash to perform volunteer projects in Muscatine County for projects serving youth and family.
- Youth Sports Foundation Fund
This fund was started by Lynn and Sally Stiles. It provides sports equipment, coaching, and competition to young athletes in Iowa and Illinois.
