The Granting Committee may investigate your proposal to ensure its validity and ascertain its relevance to the intention of the donor who made the granting fund possible. Because of limited available funds, the Granting Committee does not typically award monies for trips outside of Muscatine County nor on-going or recurring programs. Also, usually no more than $5,000 is awarded for any one application or organization in a 12-month period, and organizations should not consider grants as part of an annual budget. Your project or service must benefit Muscatine County residents.
As a grant recipient, you will be required to provide a final report, send digital photos, and submit receipts to prove your expenditures.
